Responsibilities of CAETRA

1. Incorrect use of the Site: CAETRA has created this Site to inform about our activity and to facilitate access to its products and services, but can not control its use in a different manner to that set out in this Legal Notice; as such, the access to the Site and the correct use of the information contained on it are the responsibility of the person performing these actions, and CAETRA is not responsible for the incorrect, illegal or negligent use which may be made of it by the User, or for the knowledge that unauthorised third parties may have of the type, conditions, characteristics and circumstances of use that the Users make of the Site. CAETRA is not responsible either for any type of harm which may be due to the replacement of the identity of a third party performed by a User in any type of communication made through the Site.

2. Use of the contents: CAETRA shows all of the contents of its Site in good faith and shall make every effort in order to ensure that they are always up to date and in force; however, CAETRA cannot assume any liability for the use or access made by third parties outside of the intended scope of the Site, the final responsibility for which shall correspond to the User.

3. Virus: CAETRA undertakes to apply all measures necessary in order to guarantee to the User the absence of virus, worms, Trojans and other similar elements on its Site. However, these measures are not infallible and as such it cannot entirely ensure the absence of said harmful elements. As a result, CAETRA shall not be liable for the damage which they may cause to the User.

4. Technological faults: CAETRA has carried out all acts necessary in order for the continuity of its Site and shall make every effort so that it does not suffer interruptions, but it cannot guarantee the absence of technological faults, nor the permanent availability of the Site, and as a result does not accept any liability for the damages which may be incurred due to the lack of availability and for the faults in the access caused by the disconnections, breakdowns, overloads or network faults which are not attributable to CAETRA.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

In order to resolve any dispute or issue relating to this website or the activities performed therein, the Spanish legislation shall be applied and with the competent Spanish Courts and Tribunals being competent to settle any conflicts which may derive from its use.

Duration and termination

The provision of the Site’s service and of the other services offered therein have, in principle, an indefinite duration. CAETRA can however terminate or suspend the provision of the Site’s services and/or of any of the services at any time.
